VaultPlaceHolderAPI Prefix not showing on server

I have a bungeecord server, and they are using the same spigot 1.8 and one of the kitpvp server's score board could not load the Prefix, Im pretty sure i have load the "/papi ecloud download vault" and /papi reload, but it still not working, and there are no errors just showing the {vault_prefix}
