KiteBoard error using health scoreboard example

Issue

I am using one of the example scoreboards on my server, and sometimes when a player hits a mob, instead of showing their health, it just says Error then what looks like escaped json that gets cut off. There is also an error in the console.

Expected Behaviour

The scoreboard shows the health of the mob/player

Observed Behaviour

It instead shows this:


(It does it with mobs too, but I was only able to get screenshots of it with these players.)

Server Software and Version
This server is running Tuinity version git-Tuinity-"475ca7c" (MC: 1.16.1) (Implementing API version 1.16.1-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)
