Animation Placeholders aren't updated

I tried using the gradient animation using the placeholder %animations_% but it returns
"Unknown animation: gradient"

gradient is not supported in the expansion because there is no real standard on what format's to use (each plugin process hexadecimal colours differently) see https://github.com/PlaceholderAPI/Gradient-Expansion

Actually that's incorrect. There is still the internal §x format but it still depends on the end plugin parsing that into the correct chat components e.g. Wether that's done automatically im not sure.
