Advanced mode not working

Issue
Turning advanced mode on for tablists (and scoreboards) completely breaks them

Expected Behaviour
Being able to use the advanced features

Observed Behaviour
Tablists And scoreboards do not work and no errors are presented. Attempted multiple restarts and tests and turns out it's all fine until i enable advanced mode.

Server Software and Version
Paper - 1.13.x
