Y-axis graphs with model fit

Hi Nick,

I realized the y-axs values on the model fit graphs are incorrect and stay as raw counts/min instead of being normalized to the corresponding detrend method.

I put an example where I used the moving average as detrending method.

It's not urgent, whenever you have time!

Hi Loic. Should be fixed in the latest version. Can you just confirm it's working as expected from your side? I've now subtracted the fitted trend (without re-adding the mean level), but I haven't divided by the standard deviation (because then you lose info on the amplitude). Note that the mesor parameter is no longer informative for the "moving average" detrending now that the trend has been fully subtracted.

Hi Nick,
Thanks for taking care of it. Actually, I think the raw data should be divided by the moving average. At least that how I always did and how Chronostar works. Perhaps it should be the same fr the linear, but I don't know about that.
Is it not possible to keep the MESOR based on the raw data, just as the mean of all the raw values within the time window?
