Busted Map menu controller

Conditions
Bug description: Map select menu doesn't work well with controller, some maps cannot be selected
Expected behavior: The player should be able to navigate the menu with the left stick.
Environment bug is located in: Personal Laptop
Steps taken to reproduce bug:

1. Main menu, select start
2. select singleplayer
3. select race
4. select any character
5. attempt to select map with controller
