Fossil gen 5 watch / no BG collection from G6

I had a Fossil gen 4 watch that couldn't collect BGs from the G6 transmitter. Now, I almost have the same but gen 5 version. It got the BG reading only once and never again.
I had the question to BT pair the watch to the G6 transmitter that I OKed. The transmitter is on the BT paired list of the watch.
Even when I force watch as collector, it does not collect. The first and only time the watch collected the BG, it did not arrive to xDrip on phone.
Most probably a watch problem. I'm posting to pass the information and maybe get the other user's experiences.
