Turn-around time for merges.

I was wondering if there might be some ways to improve the turn-around time for different PRs. I'm getting to a point where I'm afraid to work on new fixes, because all they do is distract from things I've already submitted.

Ideas:

• Grant merge permissions to people like @tolot27 @Navid200, so they can handle the simpler PRs, such as documentation, minor fixes, and minor refactoring. That way @jamorham is free to work on the larger stuff.
• Work out some form of exchange system, where we fix something in the official backlog in exchange for getting our own PRs looked at.
• Provide a Paypal link or something, so we can tip you guys for the time it takes to read and verify changes in a PR.
