https://xdrip.readthedocs.io/en/latest/smartwatch/wear/#standalone-collector-mode "The xDrip+ wear extension also contains the part of xDrip+ that connects to some sensors, meaning you can make the watch act in lieu of the phone and take ownership of the communication and readings, without have your phone nearby." This screenshot makes it sound like any Wear OS watch with xDrip+ installed can talk directly to a Dexcom G6 transmitter (watch-G6 rather than watch-phone-G6). Is this so? My understanding was that only the Bluejay watches could do this. Perhaps the Bluejay watch is the only one that could start and stop sensors, and the Wear OS ones can only collect incoming data after it's started?
I'm having some hiccups with the Bluejay watch and I'm trying to figure out if I can accomplish the same thing with a Wear OS watch.
