Is there anything I can do to help add support for Verio Reflect?

I have a Verio Reflect that appears to work with xD, but values never show up. I hear the connect and disconnect sounds and see successful messages when I force a sync. xD even shows the total number of records available on the meter, yet they never appear in the chart. I've already picked up a Verio Flex for $30 that worked right out of the box, but I wanted to know if it was worth trying to get the Reflect working.
