AudioFocus with Speak Readings

This is a request to enable AudioFocus so readings can be heard while music is also playing.

When "Speak Readings" is enabled and music is playing, readings cannot be heard over the music. I've noticed another app (Strava) will reduce the music volume when speaking notifications. This may be implemented by an AudioFocusRequest similar to here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/3043595/fade-in-and-out-music-while-speaking-a-text

Thanks. FYI, this "Speak Readings" is great. I would not be able to go on the long runs I do without it. Getting my sugar readings every 5 minutes keeps me from crashing all the time.
