Build failure: pywal16 #578131

Steps to reproduce
I hit this while building my home-manager config, which has pywal in
home.packages. It resolves to pywal16 3.8.15 on my pinned nixpkgs. To
reproduce directly:
nix build github:NixOS/nixpkgs/02c087f3fe673c9e317f206a627cb6b910336dbe#pywal16
