Instrument type could not be parsed by ProteoWizard

Hi Bo,

I am now searching Astral phospho files in Carafe and have run into same issue twice with Proteowizard unable to parse instrument model. I have attached the log. On first attempt, I set instrument type to auto and second time to ThermoTOF. However, this did not solve the error. Am I missing something obvious? Such as I need to update ProteoWizard?

Updating msconvert to the latest version will fix this.
