Torque Sampling

Description

Find an appropriate amount of samples to take for the dti_set_torque function. We want to ensure there is a little bit, but not too much deadzone when pressing the pedal. More samples = more deadzone

Acceptance Criteria

Change the number of samples or change torque calc functions to have the appropriate feedback from the pedals.

Proposed Solution

Verify with drivers, will likely happen at a test day
