Display Regen as a percentage of total capacity

Description

Currently regen is displayed in terms of amps. We want to display it instead as a percentage out of total capacity for regen. (@jr1221 can you give that number).

Acceptance Criteria

• Old component can still work (e.g. we can easily switch back to amps)
• New component shows regen as a total percentage of capacity.

Proposed Solution

You have 3 options (which you should consult the drivers on):

1. Add a a percentage sign to the regen component
2. Re-use HV/LV soc component
3. Create new component to visualize differently
