[Issue]: Incompatibility with Raised Mod when Disabling Hunger Mechanic

What is the issue?

With the hunger mechanic disabled, the armor and air bars do not move with the hotbar when adjusting its positioning with Raised.

Steps to Reproduce

• Disable the hunger mechanic is NT's config
• Join a world
• Wear armor and jump into water
