Dead key miss behaving after sleep on windows

Using the installed version (not the ahk one) my dead key starts to behave differently after i wake up my pc from sleep.
The key directly write this string : "’ (double quote, single quote) and then behaves like it should.

ex : était éclairé où -> "’était "’éclair"’é o"’ù

i am on windows 11, with a keychron k5 pro (wired)
