For me I get stuck at an infinite "Launching game..." initial screen, until it eventually crashes. Anyone else?

It works!!

I've done everything in that video and it's not working for me in MSFS 2024, SU1 beta, or in MSFS 2020. I have a 3080, on the lastest NVidia driver and DLSS4.
