markdown block quotes have background color even with a transparent color scheme #328

Describe the bug
The highlight group @markup.quote is not transparent with ChadrcConfig.ui.transparency = true .

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set ChadrcConfig.ui.transparency to true
Write a markdown file with a block quote
See issue

Expected behavior
The background of the block quote should be transparent if the color scheme is set to have transparency.

seems like i got to make more hl groups transparent
