Processing of dbNSFP

Hi, thanks for this amazing resource and codebase!

I was curious about your processing of dbNSPFP - described in your README as shown below - these notebooks don't seem to be in the repo (or I just can't find them) - could anyone point me to them?

For clinical baselines, we used dbNSFP 4.4a as detailed in the manuscript appendix (and in proteingym/clinical_benchmark_notebooks/clinical_subs_processing.ipynb).
