[Usage question] [account_comment_template]: How to use the domain ?

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The comment template offers a domain field. The tooltip reads: "This comment template will be available only for objects that satisfy the condition".

I am unable to use/understand it.
I created 2 comments; both with a domain:

If the purpose of the domain is simply to filter out all the comments that do not satisfy the condition, then I would expect that when adding a comment to a vendor bill, I would only see the 2nd comment in the snapshot.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to automatically add comments that satisfy a domain. For example, add a specific comment only on a specified journal for any created invoice.
