Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a comment for company A
2. create a comment for company B
3. Add both comment to partner test
4. create an invoice

Expected behavior
only the comment of current company is added, but either both companies are allowed:

and both comment are added.

Or only one company is selected and an error is raised:
