[16.0][BUG] product_configurator_sale: recomputes price on tax change

product_configurator_sale 16.0

Changing the Taxes field on the sale order line triggers a recompute on the Unit Price field. When using automatic sales tax calculators (TaxCloud, Avalara, etc.), this introduces an onchange loop between Unit Price, and Taxes, making it impossible to change the Unit Price.

i.e. This annoyance becomes a major issue when taxes are calculated automatically.
