Support Strategus v1.0.0 #84

As per Strategus repo, the new major version was released: https://github.com/OHDSI/Strategus/releases/tag/v1.0.0

To support new version, we need:

build new R environment in Docker image: take Hades latest release and on top install Strategus package. Check the required dependencies.
Obtain and test new Strategus analysis in ARACHNE Datanode
