@paulnagy provided notes on desired new functionality for the phenotype page.

As a user looking for relevant phenotypes for a study, it would be helpful to have some reference and/or visualization of cohort definitions that use that phenotype: such as what can be found here: https://atlas-demo.ohdsi.org/#/cohortdefinitions
