The current example script has a few things I needed to change to get full results:

  • modifying the cohorts to use all exposures and then using subsets to restrict to first for CM
  • editing the negative controls to use concepts in Eunomia
  • editing TARs to get outcomes that give 5+ results for calibration to be done
  • some small other edits
