[Feature Request] Has the international languages been updated yet?

What feature or change would you like to see made?

When I go to the preference settings and change language to Japanese, I see that some places is adopting the Japanese language, while some other places are still in English. For example the attached screenshots:

I see that the language json files for some languages like Japanese are not complete. Is this being fixed already?
Or should I just add the translations on my own now?

Why should we prioritize this feature?
