Add a n% chance prompt after a build complete message to prompt the user feedback. This should be configurable using a csvcubed config file where the prompt and percent chance is user settable.

Add a flag saying --silent so the user can suppress the prompt at all times.

Don't worry about the prompt, it could say lorem ipsum for now.
