Image a CLI extention to csvcubed like csvcubed build test.csv -c test.json --wide-to-standard where the input is in one form and the output is in the other.

Assumption, you build the csvw in the serialised format, and use inspect to convert it to the other, updating the dataset.csv and dataset.csv-metadata.json file only.
