Error while synchronizing orders: either page 500 or Too many third party found through email

Hello,

I ran successfully version 4.1.56 with dolibarr 17.0.2. I wanted to test the new feature for virtual stocks and updated to Version 4.1.63. Now I am not able to synchronize any new orders - I get an error:

Errors occured while synchronizing the orders
Error when synchronization the order (remote ID: 3599)
Too many third party found through email (Email: xyz@gmx.ch, Site ID: 0)

I wonder if this is a settings problem?

Would highly appreciate your help and guidance here.

Check if you have multiple thirdparty but searching with the email address , I already add the problem and understand that the plugin won't synchronize these because it can decide which thirdparty is the right one
