coordinated mouse location between contour and 3D windows

in well design lots of time use would like to (for example) look at the oil thickness map ( a contour map ) and place the well ( create a wellpath) where there is a tick oil column but also another property on its 3D window.

it would be very beneficial to have the projection of 3D window's mouse location on the contour map to help placing the well.

This is possible if a contour map and a 3D view is linked. In the current version, full 3D rotation is possible. This should be disabled for the linked 3D view if a contour map is part of linking.
