Ensemble Parameters: Create a dialog with all parameters for a realization in CSV format

The parameters imported from parameters.txt is displayed in a Parameters folder in a summary ensemble. Add a right-click menu to this folder called "Create Unified CSV Report" that displays a text window with text, similar to "Show Plot Data". Use a single space as delimiter.

The format is
