Due to the fact that my binder has really scaled down support (See https://blog.jupyter.org/mybinder-org-reducing-capacity-c93ccfc6413f), I think we need to add github codespaces for running the echopype examples.

I don't know anything about github codespaces as a mybinder replacement, but would love to hear about it!

Example of github codespaces being used that I helped configure: https://github.com/xarray-contrib/xarray-tutorial or simply go to https://github.com/codespaces/new/xarray-contrib/xarray-tutorial/tree/main

@lsetiawan Note, in order to run the examples I needed a VM with 15G RAM (on a JupyterHub). Were others able to run the examples on Binder with much smaller VM?

@eeholmes Thanks for letting us know about the requirements. In the past we were able to run the examples in a smaller VM, but not sure about now. Seems like this github codespaces idea need some investigation!
