Irrelevant devices shown in device list #11

The device list is showing two devices that I don't want, and that I don't believe have samba shares.

One is the router, with IP address 192.168.1.1.

Another is a device with only "MEMORY_CARD" and "IPC$" folders. I'm not sure what this device is, but it's not useful, and I sort of doubt it has samba sharing. I can try to get more details on this device

My first guess would be that it's a smartphone. I can at least leave out scanning the router.

Partial fix: Check out the new skiprouter branch. Routers shouldn't be pinged now. Thanks to Will for pointing out that bug in the scanning range.
