[ Test] : Add values.yaml for redis-operator related charts to test Charts

This would increase the testing for the Helm chart that we maintain for the operator and help us to easily debug the issues in the Helm chart.

I would consider writing an action at

./testValues/redis-operator/values-1.yaml 
./testValues/redis-cluster/values.yaml 

We have to use the stable images with tags released by the opstree of the redis and redis-operator and redis-sentinel.

we could have more nodes and additional specific configuration needed in the kind cluster.
