Not reporting findings on inScope = False

I am trying to figure out where to apply the if logic in a template to suppress findings for elements with the inScope setting = False.
I've tried wrapping the stanza, but it still output, and if I indented the underlying stanza, I lost the table structure. I'm just not sure how to apply the logic functions.
