Drones cannot hear local speech when held in hand, storage or worn. #486
Description
Ya boi subbo back with another drone bug since he got only hours in drone.
Description of issue
When a drone is being held in a hand, worn on head, or in a backpack, they cannot hear any local speech. Radio and emotes remain undisturbed.
Difference between expected and actual behavior
Should hear folk talking around you. But do not.
Steps to reproduce
Be a drone.
Get someone to pick you up (or clickdrag your sprite to theirs)
be deaf to the woes of the locals
Specific information for locating
It seems to be hand, head and bags.
Length of time in which bug has been known to occur
As long as I've been playing drone. I thought it was on queue to be fixed so I didn't bother making a bug report.

EDIT: Added check for ability to be reproduced by others as well as, drones that are in the states of being held, worn or in bags also cannot see LOOC in addition to the mentioned above issue. Tested it with Shadz.
