Currently v1 and v2 are structured slightly differently in the source files. This makes the ordering of data different and has consequences for plotting and interpolating. The current code is a bit clunky and repetative.

Can probably refactor and make data storage in v1 and v2 consistent. Possibly need V1 and V2 subclasses
