Introduce Yourself pop up is empty

The "Say Hello to NEO" card displays with all options to Introduce yourself, Take a Tour, and View weekly Plan.
The bot responds when clicked on Introduce Yourself, with a pop-up window titled New Employee Onboarding that is empty.

The SharePoint list with the intro questions has been populated.

I need help with troubleshooting why the Introduce Yourself pop-up is empty, nothing is displayed.

Hey guys, my Introduce Yourself pop up is empty. I've looked at the solution in the other thread, reviewed configuration and it looks OK. Here is the most common error in Application Insights:

"Signature validation failed. Unable to match key: kid: '[PII is hidden. For more details, see https://aka.ms/IdentityModel/PII.]'. Exceptions caught: '[PII is hidden. For more details, see https://aka.ms/Iden…[show more]"

It also appears I'm getting 404 errors on Azure Storage. Any pointers on what configuration would need changes?

The issue for me was configuration. The Site Name should be set to the url segment for the site not the site title (Step 4 > 7 in deployment guide).
