Can not sign in to Microsoft 365 Developer Plan with mobile phone associated with existing account

Hi there I have registered Microsoft Developer Plan using with my previous company, and so i am trying to sing in or join new Developer Program with new company. Since my mobile phone is associated with my Developer Plan profile i am unable to join with new corporate email. I have already tried creating multiple MS support ticket but so far no help. Can someone help how can i request to delete my profile associated with my mobile number ?

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:
•	Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account.
