Issue with Developer Program Signup - Phone Number Validation Error , Error Code: 4031703

Hello,

I am encountering an issue while trying to sign up for the Microsoft Developer Program. When I attempt to register using my mobile phone number, I receive the following error message:

"We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason: You are using an unsupported phone type, such as VoIP, or a prepaid phone number. MS-CorrelationId: 00000000-473d-4920-be3a-76ab779120dd. Code: 4031703."

I am using a standard mobile phone number (not VoIP or prepaid), and I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensured the phone number is entered in the correct international format.
2. Attempted the signup process from different devices and browsers.
3. Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data networks.

Despite these attempts, the issue persists, and I am unable to complete the registration for the Developer Program.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
