Can't Install. Email config

Either your email server configuration or your email address is incorrect as Prairie failed to send you a test email.

I am using 2step auth on Google, so I do a app password which I know is correct.

I don't think there's any STARTTLS support in the Mail class in prairie-openid2-server's outdated PHPMailer class.
