Describe the bug
Eco mode brightness not restored when launching external app

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start the calculator with Omega
Select any external app
Wait until brightness goes lower
Start the app
5: Brightness is lower than usual

Expected behavior
Brightness restored to normal state when launching the app

Desktop (please complete the following information):

Omega Version: 2.0.3
