Add tests for lockfile-aware sync across npm, Yarn, and pnpm

Add fixture lockfiles for npm, Yarn, and pnpm under tests/fixtures/. Add tests verifying packvault sync --from-lockfile resolves the same dependency/version pairs from each format. Flag/fix any format not actually implemented.
