Add Linux container support

Hello everyone, I'm a Lineage OS user. Since I can't raise an issue on the Lineage OS side, I'm posting here instead.
Can Linux container support be added to the Lineage OS kernel?
Currently, it should only require enabling USER namespaces and PID namespaces. Linux containers are very useful, as they allow phones to safely run full Linux distributions.
