I already have all the requirements but the patched dlc isn't made.

I already have all the requirements but the patched dlc isn't made.

0.03b patch was released Jun 7, 2017. Use the version of the required tools from right before this date:
https://github.com/3DSGuy/Project_CTR/releases/tag/0.15
https://github.com/dnasdw/3dstool/releases/tag/v1.0.23

I'm sure the new versions of these tools can work if the batch file is updated. But in the meantime, using the old versions works.

Random note on the rebuilt cia: It failed to install with custom-install. Had to use FBI
