Hook up the bot to the CFA news letter

Code for America sends out important network emails for action sprints. I want to engage our Discord community with these, and one way is to efficiently forward these emails and post them as announcements on discord. We can do this by possibly hooking the bot up to a gmail account that's subscribed to CFA, and then forward the emails to the Discord. This means Discord may need a special channel for this. We can attach the emails as HTML embeds or something or downloadable .eml files so people can get the full viewing pleasure without us needing to parse the HTML and format a special way.
