The move to top button on the english website is supposed to have an arrow icon displaying on it, but it's missing

Expected behaviour

• White arrow icon should be on move to top button in english website

Actual behaviour

• Missing white arrow icon should be on move to top button in english website

How to reproduce

1. Go to https://osc-ksa.com/
2. Scroll down to the footer
3. At the bottom right corner you'll see the blue button with no icon on it
4. See error
