Reading JGF

  • Merge JGF metadata into evidence metadata.
  • Read evidences in edge.metadata, conforming to BEL JGF
  • Support extracting edge as evidence, edge.evidences, or both. This control would determine which assertions are read.

Write JGF

  • Merge evidence metadata into JGF.
  • Collect evidences by BEL statement (e.g. strict equaliity of subject, rel, object) as a JGF edge. Store one or more evidences in JGF edge's metadata.
