Restarting the BEL Framework Web API requires Cytoscape restart #17

If the BEL Framework Web API is restarted the connection from Cytoscape dies. If you attempt to Add Nodes from a KAM it will fail silently.

I suspect this behaviour holds true if you switch between Web API endpoints.
